Technological base developed in-house from scratch

Unlike the majority of VoIP solutions, Crown’s Cloud PBX is not based on Asterisk. Crown developed its own SIP stack back in 2008 and was able to overcome existing restrictions in terms of security, scalability and redundancy.

The only UCC solution with a focus on telephony

The only UCC solution with a focus on telephony

The addition of communication channels should not mean a restriction in the telephone function for users. Crown meets all the requirements of the particularly demanding German-speaking market. The cloud PBX has even replaced specialized call center solutions.

The white label concept allows an individual product design and a customized look. Operation can either be implemented in Crown’s data centers or in the partner’s infrastructure.

Crown’s VoIP history

Crown has a background in custom software development. Projects such as a test system for the maintenance of aircraft wings or a home automation solution represent the experience with hardware-related development. The racing information system for the Mercedes team in the DTM and later also the premier class of motorsport offered early experience with web technologies in connection with real-time applications. At the same time as the development of CRM and eCommerce systems, the specialization in Voice over IP began.
